The company delivers premium smart transportation solutions, including top-level design, precise command-and-dispatch systems, data mining applications, and decision-support tools that propel urban mobility planning, operations, and strategic decision-making. To effectively communicate these innovations, a modern, immersive website was essential—one that not only highlights capabilities but also embodies intuitive interaction design to guide users through complex information landscapes.

Design Challenge

BTISmart's legacy website featured a dated, static layout that clashed with its forward-thinking digital ethos and brand narrative, resulting in fragmented user journeys and cognitive overload. Suboptimal UX elements—such as non-intuitive navigation hierarchies and sluggish load times—eroded task completion rates, heightened bounce rates, and undermined customer trust, while hindering inbound marketing efforts in a competitive smart mobility sector.

Solution

Guided by the "Technology-Driven Mobility Future" ethos, we employed a user-centered design (UCD) methodology, starting with stakeholder interviews and user journey mapping to uncover pain points. We redesigned the interface with a modular, card-based architecture for scannable content consumption, incorporating micro-interactions like subtle parallax scrolling and hover-triggered data visualizations (e.g., animated simulated maps) to foster delight and contextual discovery. Progressive web app (PWA) principles ensured fluid cross-device responsiveness, with gesture-based controls on mobile for effortless swiping through case studies. Performance was elevated via lazy loading and CDN integration, slashing load times by 40%, while WCAG-compliant accessibility features (e.g., ARIA labels and keyboard navigation) broadened inclusivity.
